Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Patronus Pixels. By commissioning work, approving a proposal, or paying a deposit, you agree to the terms set out on this page.

They are written to be read, not to be survived. If any clause is unclear, ask before you sign — we would far rather explain a term than enforce one you did not understand.

Patronus Pixels provides creative and digital services including brand identity, graphic design, web design and UI/UX, packaging, social media content, motion graphics, and related creative strategy.

Every engagement is defined by a written proposal. That proposal — its deliverables, milestones, revision rounds and price — is the agreement; anything not named in it is out of scope until both sides agree otherwise in writing.

A 50% advance is required to schedule and begin any project. The remaining balance falls due on completion, before final deliverables are released. Advance payments reserve studio time and are non-refundable once work has started.

Quoted prices are fixed against the agreed scope. Bank charges, currency conversion and any third-party costs — stock licences, fonts, printing, hosting — are billed at cost and always agreed with you first.

Full ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you once the project is paid in full. Until then, all work remains the property of Patronus Pixels.

• You receive the final artwork, exports and agreed source files.
• Working files, unused concepts and rejected routes remain ours unless bought separately.
• Third-party assets — fonts, stock imagery, plugins — are licensed to you under their own terms, not ours.
• We may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless an NDA says otherwise.

Each milestone includes two full rounds of revisions. A round means one consolidated set of feedback, gathered from everyone who needs to see it, delivered together.

Revisions refine the agreed direction. A change of direction after approval — a new brief, a new audience, a different concept — is new work and is quoted separately. Nothing is ever charged for correcting our own error.

Schedules are agreed in the proposal and depend on both sides. We commit to our dates; in return we need assets, access and decisions within the windows set out at kickoff.

If feedback stalls for more than fourteen days the project is treated as paused, and restarting it is subject to studio availability. Timelines are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees against events outside our control.

Anything you share with us in confidence — strategy, financials, unreleased products, customer data — stays confidential, and is used only to do the work you have asked for.

We sign NDAs gladly, before anything sensitive changes hands. Unreleased work stays out of our portfolio until you have launched and are happy for it to appear.

Either side may end an engagement in writing at any time. If you cancel, the advance is retained and you are invoiced for work completed up to that date; anything paid beyond that is refunded.

If we end it, you are invoiced only for work delivered and you receive everything completed to that point. We reserve the right to withdraw from an engagement where the working relationship has become abusive.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost data or lost business opportunity.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, claims and trademarks you supply, and for any legal clearance the final work requires in your market.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before anything reaches a court, both sides agree to attempt to resolve the matter directly and in good faith. In practice, a conversation has always been enough.
